Return Policy

No returns accepted. If you choose to return a product, a 30% restock fee will be charged to cover refurbishments and relisting costs. It will be your responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the return.

To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@toxicfxproductions.com. If the product is defective or damaged, we will process a return label for you. If you wish to exchange the product for any other reason, it will be your responsibility to create a return label.

 

*Please Note: Merchandise that is damaged upon receipt or defective will be repaired or replaced only.  Written authorization is required prior to return of any merchandise for repair or replacement.  All other sales are final.

Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

No refunds accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
